1. We use UPS Ground Delivery to ship orders nationwide. We also offer Will Call for local orders.
2. Shipping rates are dependant on location in addition to the weight of the purchased item(s).
3. Stock items ship within 1 to 2 business days.
4. Custom items ship within 3 to 5 business days.

RETURNS POLICY

1. Please contact us at support@weneedsigns.com to receive approval for the return.
2. There is a 30-day money back guarantee on stock items only.
3. Returned stock items will be charged a 25% restocking fee.
4. There are NO returns or exchanges on personalized custom signs.
5. There are NO refunds on shipping once your order has been shipped.
6. Customers are responsible for shipping fees of all returned items.
